Welcome to ELEMENTS, a division of RSS Music Group. By accessing or using our website (jkelements.org), purchasing our hardware products, or downloading and activating our software plugins (such as VST3, AU, and AAX formats), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you must not access our site or use our products.

2. Software License & EULA

All software plugins, DSP engines, and digital content provided by ELEMENTS are licensed, not sold, to you.

• Grant of License: Subject to your compliance with these terms, ELEMENTS grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use our software on authorized studio computers or workstations linked to your verified user account.
• Restrictions: You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, rent, lease, sub-license, or unlawfully distribute software license keys or cracked binaries.

3. Purchases, Payments, and Deliveries

All online orders for hardware (headphones, microphones, audio interfaces) and software licenses are subject to product availability and confirmation of order price. Digital software licenses are delivered electronically via your account dashboard or cloud activation portal immediately following successful payment authorization.

4. User Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. ELEMENTS reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraudulent activity, license sharing, or violation of our security protocols.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content included on this site—including text, graphics, logos, icons, audio samples, software code, and architectural branding—is the exclusive property of RSS Music Group or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

ELEMENTS and RSS Music Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or audio session assets, arising out of or in connection with your use of our hardware or software products.
